MyGhar offers both private and shared rooms. All rooms come with shared communal spaces such as the kitchen and living area.
As a MyGhar member, your fees includes community events, on-demand property management through the MyGhar app, on-site washing machine, backup power generator and more! Our members also enjoy weekly cleanings of shared spaces within each suite (including the bathrooms!), utilities, household essentials like cookware, fully furnished bedrooms and common areas.
To become a MyGhar member, you must first book a visit online or via the MyGhar app. Once your visit is done, you will be issued a MyGhar membership form which will help us verify your identity and decide if you would be a good fit with us. After your membership is approved, you will receive a digital agreement via email for your signatures and you will be ready to move in.
MyGhar charges only one month deposit which is refundable in 30 days. For travelers staying less than 30 days, we charge a flat 5,000 PKR deposit refundable in 7 days.
